Group your communities
You can now group your communities by whatever internal conventions you are accustomed to, for example by region or collection. This will enable:
Easier filtering in the community list so you can focus on one group at a time
Improved interaction with goal cards - you'll be able to see how certain topics are trending in different groups of communities
The ability to control user permissions by the group of communities they should be able to access

New look chat widget
We've given our Adam chat widget a makeover! For an even smoother experience for your customers, we've upgraded the look and feel of our chat widget.

Unlock an integrated experience
The Gateway will now load customer cards alongside your customer management tools. You can quickly get a view of their entire conversation history and customer experience score, all whilst staying inside your CRM or PMS.
